A quiet portrait series built around one idea: presence without performance. We stripped the frame back to light, posture, and expression so the subject reads as themselves rather than as a version of themselves.
Start a Project →The objective
Create a body of portraits that could carry a personal brand across a website, press features, and social platforms without ever feeling like stock photography.
The creative direction
Warm neutral grounds, a single directional light source, and wardrobe kept to tonal layers. Every frame was composed off-center to leave room for typography later.
The execution
A half-day studio session, tightly art-directed, with a working shot list and live selects. Retouching stayed conservative — skin, texture, and grain intact.
Deliverables
- 18 retouched portraits
- Vertical and horizontal crops
- Social-ready exports
- Usage guide for web and print
